1. Getting in touch

Call us or write via WhatsApp, email or the contact form. We will briefly discuss your case and arrange an appointment.

2. Arranging the appointment

Depending on the situation, the inspection takes place at the garage, at your location or at our office. Please bring the vehicle registration document and the accident report.

3. On-site inspection

We document the damage in detail with photographs and measurements. The inspection usually takes 30 to 60 minutes.

4. Preparing the report

Based on the inspection we prepare your report containing all relevant figures: repair costs, diminished value and replacement value. You will receive the completed report within 1 to 3 working days.
